You have the most mods of any EB as far as I'm aware short of nos. The numbers are interesting:

1) does that read nearly 500hp? I haven't seen anything close to that - nice!
2) Your lines don't take a nose dive as all other EBs I've seen.
3) I expected to see a lot higher tq. You are also at essentially stock torque to 3600 rpms
4) From 4.25, that is a very nice flat line sitting nearly 500lbft.
5) Is that 22lbs boost???

Wow - and this is in Denver, too.

Great numbers overall, how does it drive?

Is it 486 rwhp and 528 torque? Hard to zoom and see from iPhone app.

1. Yes sir 486
2. I think the 486 helped but also that my power comes on later
3. So did I, I attribute that to the compressors
4. That is very noticeable when driving
5. Just about 22, first time I've seen that much and have it hold.

Drives good, needs a little bit of throttle adjustment though. There is some flat spots in it that need worked out.

Yikes. Gonna be a big bill when and if she pops! 22 psi of boost is a bit much for that engine.

^that was my thought too, but I'm hoping it was just a (slightly sustained) spike? I can't really see the graph, ain't the best at reading them, and also don't even know if that's on the graph at all. I was under the impression that stock turbos could dish out more lbs than was healthy for the motor, no? But no matter what motor it is, running boosted power like that stresses it, so they're all bound to pop at one time or another, as stock ones are.

The stock turbos are fire torches at that point in the compressor map, thus the common notion "boost that high is bad". That is not the case at all with these aftermarket turbos. I bet their output is far less heated, even at that boost level. I'd actually like to see the map on them to further this discussion. These ecoboost motors will take a lot of power, that's delivered and handled correctly.

Cool and congrats on taking what little is available on the AM and building a strong running truck - it's got to be a rocket.

I too would like to see the comp maps - there might be even more there for the taking!!
