K&N or AFE
I can get the K&N for about $8 less for the replacement air filter.
$50.36 total. AFE

$42 K&N

$42 K&N
Or is there a better air filter out there?

I've had K&N filters on all my previous vehicles and have had no problems with them. The K&N CAI on my truck has been performing great.
As with any oiled filter make sure you don't over oil them when you clean them because you will risk damaging your mass air flow sensor.

Yes, I think that's why $57.00 total sticks in my mind. Not trying to steer you towards any choice, but I've run many different cai and filters, and I know a very well respected a/m performance company that used to use K&N in their cai systems that switched to S&B. 8 layer filter with performance and proof of better filtration than oe is good. IMO stock air intakes are very good now, and a high quality drop in is all that is needed. I wish I could pull it out and take a comparison pick for you, it is really impressive, but I'm laid up due to a spinal fusion.

I just purchases this AFE CAI. It has two filters with dedicated tubes that go to the turbo's. This is for the Eco only.
