I'd either re-gap the stockers to .030 or replace them with Motorcraft SP-534's which are supposed to be gapped at .030.

I just pulled and regapped my stockers. Didn't have any idle issues but my oem gaps were all over the place, up to .41 on some. Took em all down to .31

Fast Filly - the stock plugs are iridium? I find this very hard to believe
Believe it. OEM, stock is Motorcraft SP-528 / FoMoCo CYFS-12Y-3 - Iridium

And ... You do know that the NGKs are copper, right?
.

The stock plugs are Iridium. I had dealer change out all my plugs and regap and put new ones in. I would just go by new stock plugs and check gap and put them back in.

The stock OEM plugs are Iridium plugs made by NGK. I called NGK because I was going to go with them on new plugs and I wanted to see what they recommended. They said the OE spark plugs in the Ecoboost are Iridium and are made by them under their Iridium OE line. However they are not the NGK IX line that also has an iridium electrode.
