Default installing livernois tune?

So I just hooked it up, went through the settings picked the 87 performance tune and I was wondering how can you tell you got the v2 tune? It doesn't say anything about it on the programmer

It will say V2, but I don't think there is an 87 V2...only 93 V2.

What about a 91?

And how much better is the 91 vs the 87 performance tune? I'm running the 87 it it runs pretty good, I can't wait to install the 91, I just gotta run out this fuel lol

There is a version 2 for 91 and 93 but not for the 87 yet.

EDIT: I can say the V2 for 91 (best gas I can get regularly) is great!

Sounds like you do of it doesn't say 91 V2 on the MyCalibrator. But all you have to do is email or call Rick and he will send you the updated tune.

Suppose your area doesn't have 87 or 93 Octane how will the tuner adjust to the lower octane in the tank? Also how does the tuner deal with 10% ethanol in the gas?

Cheers,
GREG

I talk to Rick once or twice a week and they delete the old tunes and only keep the most recent tunes sounds like Rick was not at the shop when your tuner was set up and who ever did it did not add v2 at the end of the file name livernois only keeps the newest files for tunes and deletes the old so I bet you have the new tunes email or call Rick and report back.
