Here is a shot after Amsoil Power Foam, a scrub brush, vac, and blow. It could be much worse, but an effective catch can set up should pretty much eliminate any build up.

Any problems with "pooling" in the low points in the PCV hoses? I do like the larger capacity the RX can has.

I assume you had to call since the options for the F150 are not available online...

Any issues installing? Did the kit come with everything you needed?

Does anyone know of a system that drains back into the crank case?

on the WRX, there are a few options that replace the oil filler cap, and perform the air/oil separation there.

Way back when my new girlfriends car would blow it's gaskets and leak oil. She said it always does it in winter and had done it since new (she had ALL the receipts). The vehicle had exposed pcv tubes that would freeze up. So, I insulated the tubes and it never did it again. The reason I bring this up is the remote placement of these catch cans might allow the hoses to freeze and plug in cold weather letting the engine build internal pressure.

Crawford has a heated catch can, because that has occurred before. Especially for those that short cycle,

I have only had it hooked up for 2 days. I was messing around taking vacuum lines off and such and the move quite a bit of air so I would be surprised if anything has a chance to pool. But time will tell.

The kits do come with everything you need. I have one of the first ones so I gave him a lot of feedback to make the rest of the kits even better.

PM me and I can give you a link I to buy the F150 kits. They are not a supporting Vendor so Iwon't post it to respect the ones that are on here.
