If you got that emulsion out of one I wonder how much the passenger side will have? Gut feeling says same but with the stuttering/hesitation issue mainly affecting the drivers side maybe less on the passenger side. Let us know your findings. Good install pictures.
Here's some bad iphone pics showing the media inside:

Lookin' good, those are nice looking cans IMO.
42 Draft Designs has some sweet looking ones too, probably my favorite of what I've seen available.

I finally had some time so today I installed the second air/oil separator. No modifications to the kit are necessary to install on the passenger side. Even the hose lengths in the kit were perfect. I did choose to smooth any rough edges on the bracket and sand, paint to match the other one.

You do have to move these harnesses up and out of the way slightly for the bracket to fit:

Bracket in place:

Air/oil separator in place:

You will have to cut out a small section of the engine cover if you still wish to use it:

Very nice! I really like the bottom valves to empty them too.

Good work WattMaker, doing performance work on my Harley I know the benefits of breathing to a catch.

Question I have, will this void the warranty?

If ford feels like these cans created a problem or caused another part to fail, then warranty coverage would be denied. They couldn't just see them and void for no reason. These cans won't change anything in the ECM either. They don't add any HP either. Just there to catch the oil vapors. Ultimately, it would depend on how the tech, service writer, and service manager were all feeling that day. If it came down to it, I could have these removed and back to stock pretty quick. I usually do all the maintanance and repairs so I'm not really worried about it. My truck is almost at 35k miles.

Has anyone taken a look at the valves to see what type of buildup we may or may not be getting? It will be interesting to see in comparison with other DI motors and those using a catch can or meth/water injection.

I've not seen a picture here but there was a thread called "floor it and kaboom" where you could at least see the intake runners

The SHO taurus guys also have a pic but finding it is eluding me this morning.

To me, the valves don't look bad, but the intake port does for just taking in air.
