If you are referring to the Livernois 93v2; the shifting is smooth, pulls like a beast, and better on fuel (gained 2 mpg overall). Probably everything you're looking for.

I do all city driving and the power of this tune is great, the shifting is exactly how it should be from the factory and as aggressive as I drive my mileage is up 1.5mpg.

And everyone is running 93 Octane fuel or the best you can get, and the tune/shift points are better than the other LMS tunes??

The best gas I can get is 91 octane, no ethanol.

You have to run 93 octane with the 93 tune. Jeez! How many times has this been talked about?!? If you only have 91 octane in your area DO NOT RUN THE 93 tune!! You can only run the 91 and lower tunes

This is correct. ONLY 93 Octane with the 93v2 tune!!! My opinion is if you have 93 octane available and are not using this tune because of using some other tune, Get your head examined!!! I like stomping it at about 20 mph, it down shifts and rips the tires on dry pavement!

And when you fill up with 93 make sure your tank is almost empty of anything less of octane..i had about 3 gallons of 87 left in my tank and filled up with 93..installed new 93 tune and at wot i heard knocking..after i burnt a few gallons i topped off tank with 93 again..no problems now..this tune has much more power low end power than the 87 performance...very fun..
