The first one they sent was rebuilt but was bad ... This one is brand spanking new with only like 1000miles on it...

Not real sure at the moment... My tq converter just took a dump lol trying to see if I'm gonna sell the blower or get the Trans sorted out

Can you Guarantee that every single Nut/Bolt/Bracket/spacer ETC is included?

Too much stress on it trying to hold the power/tq in lock up I would imagine...
