Ditto. Just averaged 20 mpg over 800 miles (Memphis to Orlando) with highway speeds mostly above 70 and a few days of city driving thrown in to boot. Before I left I popped the intercooler out and found only a very small trace of oil film in the side that the PCV tube is attached to. This is with about 31,000 miles on the truck driven almost exclusively in the muggy southeast.

Why it seems to plague some and then others such as myself have zero issues is beyond me.

Those built on a Friday or Monday? Who knows. Makes me think that something is wrong at the design level though.

That's possible. Mine was built on Thursday March 31 2011 and it's never had any issues in over 3 years that I've had it.

Yup,
My '11 was built on a Saturday.

The '13 was built on a Tuesday, and it's been solid is solid can be.

I'm thinking the 23 lemon law F150 being OEM tested right now come down to blo-bye issues an a pinion flopping up and down under acceleration. I was following a Bowtie Diesel today and observed its pinion flopping up and down a lot under acceleration but it has a heavy diesel in it.

It's quite obvious ford couldn't give two ***s about the people having trouble with the condensation issue maybe they could reach out to chev or dodge for the solution! They have the cure at a price! It's called a trade in!

The ones with the severe problems will also suffer higher than normal blo by/ cylinder leak down probably.
