Seems like all the local auto parts stores and even WalMart only carry Motorcraft synthetic blend oil and no full synthetic.

The only solution I can find is to have it ordered by a Ford dealer. It's a shippable item, so you can order from any Ford dealer and have it delivered to your house. Remember, if you pick it up in person at the dealer there's no shipping cost. Shop around, I found the 5W-30 case for $69.39 at Tousley, I'm sure there are other dealers with similar deals.

A few years ago ford started tightly controlling where you could buy their oil and filters. I think it was to try to bring more people into the dealerships.
