And there has been at least one motor lost on the LMS 91V2 tune. Remember LMS said "safer" was one reason for the V10 tunes.
We still haven't read your review, just the pot shot.

I would highly recommend SoCal or Unleashed to anyone. Shawn's power is just wicked.

ManiTurbo--- Call and talk to Shawn, tell him what you want. Shawn has taken the platform by storm...and relative to others he is new on the platform NOT tuning. SkiSmuggs tows more than anyone and had LMS for 25k+ miles and tows his 5th wheel with a lot more enjoyment now.

SHAWN will NOT push your truck harder than what you comfortable with...just be willing to tell him, tone it down some. I just spoke to Shawn this morning and he said that until you data log most of his tunes sit at lower boost so he can make sure what your truck has going on.

Please explain how I took a pot shot at anyone by stating what tune I'm using. I'm not very experienced with tunes is why I didn't give a review but I will say that I like the tune thus far, good power and mpg's. LMS has always stressed safety as the number one priority with their tunes.

Maybe not, but the LMS fans have started saying "safe" a lot when their tunes are not even data logged on their trucks. Maybe I inferred where you didn't imply. You didn't say who loses a motor on what tune.
This is still a thread for posting experiences, not a poll for who is running what.

I really don't see how this is going to help anyone. It seems stock or tuned these trucks act differently. Tunes that others love don't work on my truck. Tunes my truck likes others have problems with. I have 5 set of tunes so here goes.
5* 91 perform spark blow before new plugs, after new plugs quirky shifting still some spark blow out and turbo blow off at part throttle after about one tank of gas.
5* 87 Eco works real good on 91 good milage put 87 in you lose milage and need someone to push.
MPT 91 perform spark blow out good low end power, no power up top passing and the tranny shifted so hard I thought something was going to break slip then bang a gear.
MPT 87 perform turbos pooping at part throttle.
Unleashed 87 mpg Very good milage smooth stock like shifting with a better than stock low end power. Loved this tune.
Unleashed 91 perform tune stock like shifting mild manner for dd comes unleashed when you smash it. Good milage used it on my 5000 km trip 11.2 l /100 Kms at 110 kph.
Canned 87 1 step up from stock very mild tune in comparison to others. Milage comparable to stock.
SoCal 91 perform a beast but not suitable for a service truck. All out fun and games.
SoCal 87 perform still in the works time will tell.

For 80 to 90% of the people out there stock is just fine. I have been driving mine stock most of the last month. I bought it because I like the power stock, playing with the tunes is fun and some truck react different to each tuners style. Be prepared to buy more than one set WHOEVER you go with.

You make good points, but it is still useful to have some information to base decisions on. Without information, we work in a vacuum and it becomes more like rolling the dice.
