Any chance to open up the original thread? I understand the need to moderate trolling/bashing and feel free to do what's necessary for what is consider unacceptable posts.
Many outside links point to that thread and being a Canadian as well I'm interested in the resolution of this issue I don't give a rats *** about what motor it is EB, 5.0, 6.2 or a scooter engine but I'd like to see Ghost's situation become a step closer to lemon law legislation here. The trucks we buy come from Dearborne and Kentucky and suffer the exact same issues as a our neighbors in the US and we have to hope that our dealers can solve our issues even if it takes 200+ attempts. In the end we get stuck with warranty running out or trading in POS vehicle to become someone else problem.
They need to be accountable for lemons no different then that washing machine or TV that you can will be replaced if it can't be fixed.

That's what I figured. You're getting the sane type of lip service I got from ford customer care. I can remember being told by the regional manager that she spoke to the engineer about my truck. I kept asking how did they know they'd fixed it of they weren't taking it on long trips to try to replicate the problem I was having after a long run of cruise control driving. She assured me that she spoke to him while he was driving my truck with his laptop hooked to the truck. I went to pick it up that evening and the tech told me the engineer wasnt in town when I asked if he was still around. I said you mean he already left? He said, no he wasnt here, that he spoke to him over the phone about my truck. They put 7 miles on my truck while they had it.
