Best way to do it IMO. Then sue in small claims court to recover every penny.
I got lemon-ed once with a Nissan. Only diff is they screwed up procedurally, and I won my $$ back. And for anyone wondering, in a far less egregious circumstance, Toyota will BUY BACK the vehicle. FACT. (Only downside is buying a Yota in the first place!)
