This is where I got it from. Nowhere does he say it's the same mod. The way he has posted this response a few times reads as if mod 1 closed it, mod 2 reopened it and admin 1 reclosed it. In the end, who really cares...

I assure you it doesn't hurt my feelings when they ban me. If anything I am helping their self esteem and making them feel like they are someone important when they ban me.

I get WAY more enjoyment out of ****ing with some of these mods then reading 100 threads about plasti dip and another 50 threads about which leveling kit to buy.
