In this day and age it's important to have good customer service. The power of the media is stronger than all American mega-corps combined. This will come back and bite ford in the *** if they don't do something, and do it quick.

Wow it's even on an AR forum?! Dang! Ford better get their stuff together. They're gonna regret this!

1600 views. That's 1600 potential sales.

Let us remember to keep this thread critical yet civil. Ford has a rep on this forum who has chimed in and offered to assist ghost through this process. However, if we do not remain civil then this thread could actually hurt the cause instead of help.

Not that anyone has been uncivil yet, just a heads up.

I have been on there for a couple of years and still don't understand the fixation on bagged milk.

I think this has been civil. look at Ghost he has been real civil i have heard no news reports of a angry man in a Ford dealership with tire iron in hand. I think Ford has done a poor job in this case. After 4 motors its time to give the customer a new truck. Anything less now is just not good enough in my opinion. I love my truck but this is really playing in on my next truck purchase which is only one truck to Ford. I bet my sale's man doesn't look at it that way. In the end that's really who will suffer people in sales and service who can not make Ford do the right thing.

I agree. Everyone has been civil. Just reminding people that being excessively rude (which has not happened yet) will only hurt things.
