Just want to say good luck to you, and I really admire your patience and demeanour through all this.
My truck has been flawless, but this and a few other threads have made me nervous.
Please keep us posted on all / any outcome.

Just had another call from ford Canada.
Long and short of it is my rep would be happy to make sure my truck is being fixed. That's all she's willing to do. She also told me my diesel truck has a 160 thousand km warranty. Like wtf. Hahahaha
That amounts to nothing as far as I'm concerned.

I'm pretty sure she gets a bonus for not helping me.
When I said I'd like a new truck she got really excited until I said it should be on fords dime. She honestly thought I'd go buy a new ford truck after all this. If its coming out of my pockets there's no way it will be another ford ever again.

I've driven fords my whole life too.
My boss drives a brand new f350 king ranch. Out of the guys I supervise we 1 raptor, a 2013 Eco xlt, a 2012 fx4 and 3 platinums. All are ecos.
3 guys have bought new rams in large part because of my and the other guys issues.
I agree ford is making a huge mistake. If this doesn't get resolved to a reasonable conclusion I will pull no punches in telling everyone my problems. I'm only one guy. I'd also like to point out its not the "Eco" I'm blaming. It's ford.

I am sure that between 3 engines, your word of mouth, and this post that is visible to all... ford is out much more than what they would have paid to simply get you into a new truck.
Buncha idiots. I know there are stupid people in this world... but wow. Ford seems to have hired every last one of them.

It seems like Ford was trying to accomplish too much with this engine, towing, fuel mileage, power...etc. I for one am happy there are a ton of guys on here with this engine that haven't had any problem but my I feel bad for the guys that have had all the other issues that have come up with this engine. Why Ford would keep you in this truck knowing full well you are telling everybody within shouting distance how poorly their customer service has been is beyond me.

I'm trying my best to catch up with all of you. There's a lot of posts on here to go back and assist with. Trust me, though, I'm going to do everything I can to get you guys taken care of!
Hey GhostintheMachine.
I'm keeping an eye on your case and I see that you're in conversation with a Ford Canada CSM. Please continue to keep an open line of communication with them, as they will be able to address your concerns.
