Default finally 14s!!!

Finally got my truck in the 14s. Its a 3.7 reg cab with 3.56 gears
Only mod is mikes 5star tune. I ran 14.9@ 91 mph with a 2.2 60ft. Not too shabby.

Well, if it were an Eco then surely that upstanding member known as Loki would tell you how the 5.0 is better!!

With that said, good job, impressive for a n/a V6 truck!!

Had similiar #s for my 2011 FX4 off road Super Cab, 5.0L, 3.73 RAR, no mod's / stock with (then) 1,200miles on the clock.

14.9sec (best) / 90.8MPH (best) / 2.3sec 60' (consistently)

I figure if I put it on a diet (tipped the scale @ 6473Lbs) ...
  • remove the full-size spare. (-80Lbs)
  • have ¼ tank of gas rather than the ¾ that I had. (-112Lbs)
  • remove the tool box. (-100Lbs+)
  • remove the hard tonneau cover. (-75Lbs)
  • remove the bed mat. (-50Lbs)
that it would be solidly in the mid-14's
.

Great job. That makes it faster than a 5.9 Dakota R/T, plus twice the gas mileage!
