I bought my new F150 in November with six miles on the odometer. After using the first tank of gas from the dealer, i've filled it with nothing but E0 fuel. I consistently beat the city estimates by about 1 mpg and highway estimates by 1.5-2.5 mpg. There are several E0 stations in town, and their fuel is usually between four to twelve cents per gallon more than E10, so i'm saving money in the long run.

You are lucky. Here in uber liberal gay loving mn we only have e10 unless you have a vehicle with an exception or have a station that let's you break the law.

I was reading this post and tried a tank full of ethanol free gas. It didn't get any better mpg' and the weird thing it developed a intermediate skip, at first I thought some carbon broke loose and got stuck in a plug gap, but it got worst. Had the shop look at it and they said it skipped 417 times and replaced a coil & plug, drove 1-2 blocks when leaving the shop and still had the skip. Filled up with 10% ethanol and it runs normal again. Strange

This is one of the reasons I started to question using the premium non-eth. There is no way of knowing how old the gas is. A lot of stations don't sell much premium.

If you can truly get 91 ethanol free I would say yes. According to people I know in the local refineries it all has at least 5% ethanol in it whether it's marketed as 100% or not. They add it to every batch that leaves. The ethanol free stations are lying to you.
