This is what scares me. I'm afraid my Ecoboost will be "that truck" to have a rare issue and send out an engineer. Of course, it is a '13, so most of the bugs are worked out. I guess I could always blame it on a battery dying. I don't expect them to pay for something I broke with the tune, but I'd hate for them to void my warranty on a repair completely unrelated to the tune.

If you were to have an engine problem they can tell with IDS if the truck was tuned. I saw it with my own eyes. The computer stores a lot on these things, even how many times the brakes were applied while the throttle was applied. Mine was 54 when they pulled it. They usually do no not do it unless they are asked to by an Engineer trying to figure a problem out. You should be good as I have my truck in the shop multiple times for warranty work with the condensation issue and nothing was ever said about the tune.
