Canned Whoop-***! 13.85 @ 96.56

Sct 93 octane canned tune only, no other mods. Could not get a decent 60 footer launching in 4WD all night.....essentially the same 60 footer times I had first time out in 2WD, before the tune. I'm very disapointed with that because I left at least a couple of tenths on the table with the crappy 60's. On my best run I had a 1.940 60', and had wheel hop on every pass. Track was not prepped real well - it was Friday Street Night.....I think I would be better off on a test and tune day when they spend more time getting the track in shape.

I finally got into the 13's! Deep into them...

13.648 @ 96.82 mph

Specs: 2012 S-crew, 3.73, SCT 93 canned tune only

I'll get a pic of the slip tomorrow, my phone is dead and the camera app won't open until it is charged.

Interestingly, I disconnected the exhaust to see if it would help, and it was actually slower by 2 tenths and one mph. This makes me concerned about the big power claims from some exhaust manufacturers... cough, cough... heartthrob...cough

You're the 2nd one to post this type of result. Did you see the pic's of the stock EB muffler? Straight through. Also, note that the 13.0 livernois truck was running a stock cat-back.

I remembered that so I searched the posts today to see what it looked like. I also saw that a couple of people actually had dyno claims of 25+ hp, such as here: https://www.f150forum.com/f70/2012-e...xhaust-163374/

I'm at a loss as to how this "power" is made... especially from heartthrob...

Also, I could have gone even faster if I had been able to get some gas before the track closed. I was still running on a tank of crappy 92.5 octane and the track was out of unleaded 94...

Hey Turbo35, I ran mine last night 14.2107 @ 97.80 MPH 2011 screw 2WD 3.15 rear end with a 4 Inch Heartthrob Exhaust.
