Yes more air under boost...but it does not directly correlate to DOUBLE the HP...even adding more fuel.

I know it's more air under boost and I also know that it not half of the hp. I was asking at 14.5 psi into your motor you double the amount of air compared to 0 psi 0 vacume.

Default Boost of F-150 ecoboost

My boost is 16. When the let off valve went bad I replaced it with a different valve that was adjustable. Set at the max gave me 25. I was afraid I might blow something so changed them back to closer to oem. The adjustable was a bit to noisy when it let off. I would not have had to replace mine but the dealer refused to fix the grinding noise heard when the let off never let off. Their mechanic told me what it was, then the supervisor told me he no longer worked there. Dealer could only get the complete turbocharger and did not want to replace it at 25K miles. When at 25 it gave you whiplash when not being careful.
