Manifolds finally arrived today. Going to start measuring them for some before and after comparisons. Also trying to get them put on a flow bench to see what the gains are.

What ever happened to extrude honing?

Funny you should mention that as I just had a conversation with my buddy about exactly that. I'm trying to find a company pretty close that can do it. He said the exhaust ports and exit port wouldn't be a problem on his CNC but making the turn is the hard thing as he doesn't have a 5 axis machine. I just need to verify the exhaust port sizes on the heads as I couldn't find that info.

So did you ever do any porting or extrude honing on the manifolds ?
