Yea I was surprised a little... Since winter blend and election here in IL gas has been cheaper and I have been using 93 or 92 octane the past month and a half. The higher octane wouldn't give me that much better mpg would it?

Ha ha! Awesome. I'm guessing there were some long 55 mph stretches.

60 mph to be exact. About 20 miles or so each way, to and from work.

As the weather has gotten regularly below 60 degrees new in Rhode island I've dropped down to an average mpg of 15-16. During the summer and Fall I was getting 17-20 mpg. Checked my tyres and I've got them at 35 psi. Is this normal? Our the first year I've had a truck and I've been reading the forums about issues but this drop was a little surprising.

Have you been letting warm up? That kills the mileage. The cold weather makes for less than great mileage as well. Mine drops from 11.5 L/100kms to 13 l/100kms going from summer weather to winter weather.

Not a lot of highway. Always have 400lbs+ of tools on board too. I do my best to drive real easy!! If I am on the highway I don't usually go above 105-110. If I can I stay behind tractor trailers, [At a safe distance], that helps. My best trip was to my Moms and back 280kms and averaged 7.9l/100kms. No wind and 23 degrees Celsius. Average speed was 102km/h.

That's what I like about the Eco. Right conditions on trips and you can get some pretty good numbers.
