I understand about the 1st oil change, but after that, let the computer tell you when to change it.

The computer knows how your driving and looks at things such as cold starts, run times, temps, throttle percentage, etc. It calculates when you need to change it.

How does the 2055 compare to the FL-1A?

I think Ford requires that you use the fl2055 to have warranty coverage.

Sure, but I know the 820S and 1A wont fit on the same stud, how does the 2055 compare to the 1A size and stud wise?

You are right. Oreilly has it for 7.49. Afar price from 20.00. I will do my first oil change between 1,000 and 1500 miles and put in Mobil 1 full synthetic 5w30.
