Thank you for all of the GREAT posts Corey . Your awesome.

I woke up with the new tune file in my inbox! I am returning to stock as we speak and working on getting that tune into my SCT and then into my truck.

Changing a tune in these things takes a while...

Do you record via your SCT? Or, do you have a program?

I have both a PC and MAC.

Wow. The next file sent to me = no problems! The thing runs great, he toned down a few things - I am now at 19.2 PSI

Now that we know boost was the issue, I am logging data and sending it over to him so that we can get the tune PERFECT.

Note that this is on a saturday...

I will never go anywhere else for a tune

Torrie sounds like Sean from Hemifever Tuning. You could email that guy anytime and it was like texting him. Had an answer in 15 min or less usually, I swear that guy never slept, there were times I'd email him at 1 am and he'd respond before I was up at 6.
If he's that responsive i might just have to give these tunes a try. One thing I've thought was a bit odd with these tuners is they just send you a "custom tune" based on strategy, when I had my Ram and bought my tuner I ran Hemifever's XX octane tune, data logged for a few minutes of normal driving, WOT and misc things he asked for, sent it to him and then he created a tune based on how my truck ran. Unleashed is the first I've heard do this on the eco unless I've missed something.

He is unhumanly responsive...

I was in the same frame of mind, how is it custom if it is just sent over? It is custom in the sense that it is a performance oriented tuner's skill/gift/ability that you are purchasing. In addition... he will make any speficic changes you would like. You tell him your truck, gear, strategy, etc and also what you want out of the tune... economy, power, daily driver, track tune, shift firmness, etc...

HOWEVER, with that said... Torrie is more than willing to datalog and customize further... exactly what I am doing with him at this moment!

If you get a tune from him - even just sent over - you will know where the "custom" term comes from. You cant get a tune like this anywhere else.

I am in love with my Unleashed 91 - Barks the tires at shift and runs like a bat out of hell

I don't think you are missing anything, definitely the only tuner I have heard of datalogging the Eco as well... I am confused as to why. I dont want to knock MPT, honestly. Perhaps the tunes just dont fit my preference.... but when I was having issues with my tune, MPT said... "we looked over the tunes and they look fine." I never got a revision and data logging seemed like something they didnt have the time to deal with. Just changing the shifting points... Mike said, "we will do some testing and get back to you in about 2 weeks."

Nope. I took mine to a dyno and hit ~357HP/477TQ in 3rd gear with the 91 Octane. This is with my 4" exhaust (supposedly adds 40HP) and intake (which most likely adds like .5 HP lol)

Well I drank the Unleashed Kool-aid. Because of the feedback in this thread I decided to give Torrie a try. Lanmorga is not kidding about the service Torrie gives. Within 5 minutes of my first email he replied to my question. I ordered my tune tonight at 9:15pm MTN time and Torrie responded again within minutes telling me I would have my tune tomorrow (Sunday)! That is crazy good service! I am excited to run this thing from what I am read so far here between CoreyMS and Lanmorga
