That's a start. It should never have happened in the first place.

I check there a few times per month. Nothing in my area.

I have only 3000 miles on my EB but I'm getting 1 1/2 to 2 miles better mpg with E10 than reg. 87 but like I said still early in the game, will keep trying both as that is about all the options we have out here.

E85 and E10 are complete polor opposits. As a race fuel, E85 is pretty cool, but like stated, it does require more volume than gasoline, about 30% +/- in the vehicles that I have messed with. BUT it CAN also make about 10% more power than gasoline if done correctly. A friend of mine re-built a 327 sbc to go into his chevelle, specifically to run on E85. The 91 pump gas motor had 10.5:1 compression and a cam with 230 duration at 0.050", fairly mild, but ran well. Made a shade over 300 rwhp and got about 15 mpg with a muncie and 3.55 gears. The E85 combo now has 14:1 compression, and a cam with the same duration, but a tighter lsa (108 vs 110) and with his gas carb converted by Mark Sullens, he is seeing 345 rwhp and 20-21 mpg. The point is, IF the engine is designed to run on just E85, the engine can be designed to maximize the fuels good points, not be a compromize that sucks at doing either one. and no, the leak down on the gas combo was still good, the motor was not worn out.

Also, about the corn, the corn used for making Ethanol is NOT the same as the corn used for food. The only shortages, and higher costs that result in food corn are the farmers changing their crops from food corn to industrial use corn. This can be blamed on Ethanol though, and aside from E85 (and something designed to run it) I can't stand Ethanol.......
