When it mixes with oil its too gooey. Eventually the goo blocks the hole. Especially in areas with colder temps

Being that you are in MN, maybe the liquid was gelled or froze in January? Maybe just enough to plug the weep hole? Just wondering of the possibilities...

Could be that the cool temps freeze it up and block the hole. Tough to say. But with my aFe even in Summer the breather releases a lot but a lot still pools, as shown on the previous page. May be I have more oil than others

Mine was pretty much just oil that came out.

Mine is also just oil...

It weeps out slowly and I can see a little buildup on the lower air dam. maple, I bet you yours is freezing in the winter causing the blockage. With all your condensation it would be easy to do...

Given the color and consistency, that appears to be a water and oil emulsion from the PCV system, heavy on the water. That is a huge quantity considering how fresh it looks.
