Seriously. Drill a hole in the lowest point of the intercooler with a 1/16th bit. You saw in the video where its located. It literally takes 30 seconds.

You would need a 1/4" hole for everything to escape. Unfortunately this don't quite cut the mustard. It helps but it don't blow it all out a lot still accumulates

I can assure you that no water will accumulate in the area where the hole is located. It must have been resting in another area of the cooler. Drilling a 1/4 inch hole would not drain anymore water out than a 1/32 hole just to clarify. You can see in my video that all of the water is quickly expelled from the 1/16 inch hole thus my recommendation for a smaller hole.
