I went to o reilys auto parts and got simple green and brake cleaner.
Flushed diluted simple green and wow, there was so much milky oil build up in there. Flushed it 3 times then flushed water through it. Let it dry and hit the end tanks with brake cleaner for final clean.
I then drilled the weep hole and reinstalled the intercooler.
On top of all that I pulled the plugs and gaps were .031 - .042
Two plugs were actually pretty bad and could be considered fouled.
Dropped in new sp534 at .030 gap.
Truck idles and runs a lot smoother I must say. I was never one to really get on it but I can say I have no miss problems.
After a short whole driving around I checked the weep hole and saw the spot and directly below it on the plastic guard accumulate some oil/water. Working? So far so good!

thinking about drilling the hole even though I haven't had the issue yet. Is there a link to where to drill it and maybe some pictures? I'm a little nervous drilling into something I shouldn't

Not very. Basic hand tools. PIA getting the spring clips off the charge pipes. Replacing it sucks if you're by yourself, def could have used another set of hands putting it back.
I'd say took me 20 min to remove, 30 to reinstall. Pretty self explanatory for the shade tree mechanic.

Dropped the intercooler and immediately had about a teaspoon of oil come out from the bottom charge pipe. Removed the intercooler and had about 2 tablespoon in the large end tank opening...wtf?

Just be aware that this is first coming from the crankcase where this initially accumulates, so what your seeing is also accumulating in with your engine oil.

The water evaporates out of the crankcase, and it's water that causes the milky look. The fuel and other contaminants remain however.
