Im getting the code p0430, so it's time to decide whether I am doing this mod or not. I would prefer to drop the cats out completely with the off road pipe, but I do not have a tuner. Truck is stock. (2011 Ecoboost)
I am well aware that installing the off road pipe will through a cel without a tune, but will it do any damage to the truck? That is info that i have not been able to obtain. I can stand staring at a CEL for the mean time while I decide on a tuner, but I don't want to do any damage to the motor.
Help on this one?
