While researching changing my engine belts, I discovered that Ford uses, at least on the AC belts, uses what is called a "stretch" belt:

No special tools are needed, cut the old belt off and position the new belt over the A/C compressor with the rest of the belt behind the crank pulley, start the belt on the top of the crank pulley and secure it to the pulley with a zip tie through one of the spokes, now rotate the crank pulley and the belt will walk it's way on, when it does just cut off the zip tie and your done.
