It's all good, I knew that gap sounded like our EB's...
I think the 5.0 gap is right where he said he's at.

I had an SCT tune on it from 5 star on it up until a few months ago. It pinged with the tune on as well. What did I do to make it ping, an air filter and exhaust?

Regarding the plugs, they don't look bad at all but if you took them out you might as well replace them, gap them to .030 and run at least 87 RON unleaded. If you want to tow or get max performance out of it use premium unleaded. I have a 12 KR Screw with 35K on the clock and it runs perfectly fine with 87 unleaded. I've never heard a single knock or felt a miss due to the fuel. I did pull and re-gap my plugs as they were between .032 and .045. All of them are down to .030 now.
I run the Lucas because I get it for dirt cheap from work. It was pinging before I started using it. I just did the sea foam for the first time this past weekend, figured it could use it after 40k. I ordered a set of plugs last night, will install them prob next weekend.

Use the SCT handheld you loaded your 5* tunes with as a pass through to a Windows laptop running the SCT Live Link software.

OR

You can use the Torque App on an Android phone with a Blue Tooth OBD2 dongle.

Stop using lucas so much, if at all. I wouldn't run it any more often than every oil change. I personally have never had it help any vehicle I've used it in or anyone I've known use it in.

Seafoam, on the other hand, I've seen work. As others have suggested, get on it after using it. I always change the oil after using it, but that's my preference.

Your plugs have the proper gap and do look oily. If you're worried you can close the gap a little more but I doubt that will fix anything. Change the brand of fuel you use and stop using the lucas oil so much.

Once upon a time, that plug would be considered lean but today that plug looks fine.
