Default Do these plugs look bad ?

I've been having some problems with my truck pinging/knocking lately. I have a 2011 screw with a 5.0, 40k miles, only mods I am running is a airaid synth dry filter and a magnaflow catback. Used to run regular fuel but have stepped up to mid grade in the past few months. I add Lucas fuel treatment at every fill up too. I run an oil catchcan on the passenger side pcv. Did a sea foam treatment this past weekend, but still pinging. Pulled a spark plug today and saw the attached pics. Plugs are gapped at .047 (they were gapped at .055 from the factory, fixed that a while back). Based on the pics, should I replace these plugs?

I won't pretend to know how to read a plug, but that plug looks really oily...

Still had some of the sea foam on them, I could smell it when I pulled it out.

Did you not run the snot out of it after you seafoamed?

In the past, when I would sea foam my intake, I would then start it up in the drive way, rev it up pretty good a few times to blow out the majority of the smoke, then take a quick spin down the highway for a couple miles.

.047 to .055??? Wow, those are off by a long shot.

Is there a reason why you're using so many additives on a 2 year old vehicle? I mean it is your money but unless you're getting it for free you're throwing it away.

Regarding the plugs, they don't look bad at all but if you took them out you might as well replace them, gap them to .030 and run at least 87 RON unleaded. If you want to tow or get max performance out of it use premium unleaded.

I have a 12 KR Screw with 35K on the clock and it runs perfectly fine with 87 unleaded. I've never heard a single knock or felt a miss due to the fuel. I did pull and re-gap my plugs as they were between .032 and .045. All of them are down to .030 now.

Are the 5.0's gapped the same as the EB's?

Crap...I read that and missed it!

Yes, no .030 please! What is the recommended gap for 5.0's?

U basically done everything necessary to make it ping. U can order a SCT tune or put back the original stuff. Maybe then it will stop pinging.
