Default Do 5.0 and EcoBoost share same Y-pipe?

Do the 5.0 and 3.5 share the same y-pipe assembly?

Would an offroad y-pipe for the EcoBoost fit on a 5.0?

Looking at fordparts.com, they both share the 5E212A-B part number.

I have wondered this for a while. It would be great if they did. So far no company has offered an off-road (catless) y-pipe for the 5.0 and I would like to have one.

Does anyone know about the exhaust systems? If they use the same Y, it would stand to reason the catback would also be the same.

I have a cat back off of a 6.2 raptor on my ecoboost. It fit perfect using all the factory hangers

Cat back exhaust doesn't include the y pipe. It is known that all the cat backs interchange. It's the pipes between the cat back and the headers (or down pipes on the Ecoboost) that we want to know if are the same. I want them to be, but from looking at my stock y-pipe and the off road y-pipes for the ecoboost I've seen online, it looks like the angles are different where the collectors are.

edit- I missed way bad's first post and didn't realize 07blue was answering him, not the OP.

I just removed my stock Y/downpipes and installed aftermarket on my Ecoboost if someone needs pics or something.

Looking at the parts diagram on Ford Parts, they look the same to me.
