I don't post on this forum too much but I saw a lot of questions about the FR Borg Warner drop-ins. I just installed them on the 10th of December and they are absolutely worth the money. I am wrapping up my AZ 91 octane pump gas only tune with MPT (not a tuner thread, but on MPT) and will post dyno data.
Easy install IMO, but it is a day job at home. I also put in some hand ported exhaust manifolds and Full Race Hot pipes (for the FR CAC).

Oh yeah... and every other part they make for the Ecoboost... CAC, Radiator, CAI, Catch Can, Downpipes, Exhaust, Fuel Pump... I'm a junkie.

They were hand ported by a friend of mine. There are lots of youtube video's on how to do it.

Just wanted to note that on full races website the gasket part numbers are incorrect is what my ford dealer said. Here is my invoice with the "correct" numbers for the need to replace gaskets. This is why my other dealer wanted $700 before

Truck goes in for turbos Monday as well as some other parts which will be discussed after tuning is done. Jeff Evans will be taking care of the tuning and you all probably heard of him. He is a really smart respected tuner and I believe he will be a huge player here shortly. Especially after next gen motor us out and big builds can be done. I just want to sleep and wake up and it be mo day already.

Ducatti nice parts.

It's almost time!! Truck got some last minute parts in from Full Race and make the bolt ons they replaced look like a first day helper made them. They were about as well designed and engineered as the fabrication.....

so if I can figure out the entire app thing and why it won't post images, I have plenty to show and review. Especially the new turbos and all the new parts and my comparisons to what I was running.

Side note. My App remembers my password so don't sign in, but I don't remember password and to get a new one they email it. Well my email has since changed and I cannot get a new password. I emailed the forum but nada. Any suggestions. I really enjoy this thread and some others, and have a lot I want to share with images.

Just start a new account?

Geoff,

I'm curious if you can go into depth about the PCV delete/Catch can you guys have released?

Is this only recommended for vehicles that are tuned, running higher boost pressures, and making more crankcase pressure?

I've looked at pictures but does this simply VTA?

Any more information you can offer would be great. Any explanation as to why you guys have decided to simply remove the PCV system VS recirculating after a catch can, etc would be awesome.
