ours replaces the upper half "2->1 merge" so each turbo's inlet is completely seperated from one another. There is no benefit and much higher cost to replace the lower section

Any predicted gains with your prototyped CAI? ie: turbo spool speed, max psi increase, hp, and tq?

Predicted price I need to be saving up to?

Hey Geoff, is it the location or the BoV itself that is the problem? I was looking at the Turbo Smart valves offered by you guys but might wait if the Tial valve off the CAC is the better option.

its not so much the BOV is the problem - the issue is that moisture is forming on the fins of the intercooler, this can not be stopped. The solution is what to do with this moisture? Venting it so the engine can not inhale it seems to be a viable option... turbosmart external BOV or tial external BOV doesnt matter, but the mini turbosmart BOVs which mounts on the 2011-2012 F150 turbo will not help this

the twin tube design is higher flowing than the factory 2->1 merge and has a little quicker spool, slightly more lowend->midrange torque and there isnt a max psi increase because thats controlled by the tune/exhaust/BCSV setup

The benefit would be more aesthetically pleasing to the eyes rather than the plastic tubes in the engine bay.. Anyhow I plan on going with a Full Race single turbo kit when ever those come out which will be some time next year I'm assuming 👍👍

@Full-Race Geoff,
Have you guys experimented at all with heat wrapping/shielding on the intake tubes prior to the intercooler? I've noticed that mine get incredibly hot (airbox to intercooler), so I can only imagine that some of this heat is transferred to the intake air creating a hotter than necessary air charge.... and cooler is better... so?

Geoff, can I get the softer spring for mine? I am worried that the delay and small surge may eventually cause some issues. I have the TB adapter and it is better but the delay is still there-unless in manual mode.

Default Finally purchased Full Race, should have never waited

So some of you may recall I initially was going to look for a cheaper alternative which could ship quickly when I was looking for an exhaust.
Full Race was back ordered ( I understand why now) and I didn't want to wait 2-3 weeks.

As it turns out I didn't end up purchasing any exhaust. I kept listening to videos over and over and none ever sounds right to me. Even the Full Race sound clips were okay but I heard a rasp I didn't like.
So I decided to leave it stock and quite.....up until last week.

I finally decided I had to have more tone in my truck exhaust and based on all the sound clips Full Race was the lesser of all the evils..in regards to sound.
I ordered a resonator version Friday 11-15 and it shipped quickly and I received today Wed 11-20, not bad from CA to TX.

Box was packed awesome with custom foam inserts blown in and around the exhaust, very well protected and thought of. Past exhaust have been wrapped in paper and piled into a large box.

The factory exhaust came out in about 40 minutes in my garage. I only have 5K miles on it so everything was rust free and had not "set" in so bolts came off with ease.
The Full Race exhaust was noticeably lighter and VERY well constructed. The high polish stainless is aesthetically perfect. Too bad its under the truck.

It took me about 30 minutes to install the Full Race and it fit as good as factory in every way. The mfg tolarances must be fairly tight and I was impressed I didn't have to jimmy it to get it to fit good.

I cranked it up and it blew me away how quite it was. Nothing like the video sound clips. Its sounds perfect from stop to 80 mph. The tone is hardly noticeable in the cab with the radio completely off. When I turn on the radio it totally disappears.
The power in the low to mid range is also very noticeable. Much crisper acceleration and zero lag when you mash the throttle.
There is absolutely zero drone at all at any speed. It sounds like a very quite but tuned exhaust which is what I wanted.
Couldn't be happier!

I am way sensitive to ricer sounds (I have a works Miata for that). I also know very well tuned exhaust (my wife's G35-S). The truck with Ecoboost and this exhaust sounds very nice and doesn't sound like any 6 cylinder exhaust I have heard before.
Anyone on the fence due to the sounds from the videos should pull the trigger. It is so much better in person.
I'll report back on any MPG gains during my next road trip.
Very nice job Full Race!!!
Danny

PS. My wife always commented how my truck was so quite and smooth, even more quite than her Infinity. She was in the truck and never even mentioned the new exhaust. When I told her I installed it she didn't believe me. But then I gave it some gas (a lot :-) She was like, "wow, that sounds good, better than my car" And trust me folks, she hates all my past redneck exhaust.
I hope this helps someone struggling with the ricer-phobea
