If you are towing a lot at high weights I would suggest a service/flush sooner than the 100k, but even then that's extreme towing and being very hard on the truck. From the transmissions I've pulled apart these new ones can take a real shot kicking and keep going. The fluids seems to be lasting quite well for the length of service intervals
