Check engine light code PO150

Check engine light code PO150
2010 ford f150 fx4 5.4 3v. 115k miles.
check engine light came on, replace 02 sensor. 5 months went by check engine light again. Code for same sensor came on. Po150. Replaced sensor again under warranty. 3 wks later check engine light came on again. Same code PO150.
I'm lost.. I don't think it could possibly be the sensor again.
autozone scanned the truck. They were the ones that came up with this code po150. They mentioned that it was bank 2 sensor 1.
help please..
