I yanked the rest of mine yesterday and all except the couple of inspected two weeks ago were all worn to about .040", and I had actually regapped a couple of those about 20k miles ago when people first started talking about finding wide gaps on their plugs.

In went a set of SP-534s all gapped to .030". Idle seemed to be about the same, of course it will be under load (particularly towing my 7000# camper) that will be the real test.

Changed my plugs after 70122 miles noticed that I was developing a rough idle and my fuel milage was decreasing. Went with the sp-534's. Pulled my stock plugs and checked the gap on them and they were gapped between .035" - .040" which is a much tighter of a gap than what most have been reporting. The plugs that I pulled out looked to be in decent shape.

Oh, and the pluges I put back in, I ordered from stage3motorsports for ~$40 free shipping and they came pre gapped to .030".

I pulled my plugs in my '12 and there were 6 different gaps ranging from .035 to .045. I was not having any issues, I was just curious. I replaced with the NGKs all gapped to .030. I was getting pretty good mileage on the highway (19-22) and that hasn't changed, but my in-town mileage seems to have gotten a little better. I had the idling issue too, and I was really worried about it, but it has cleared itself up before I had a chance to look at it.

Default SP-534 at O'Reilly

I bought my Motor Craft SP-534 plugs for $3.99 each at O'Reilly. $27.00 total with tax. They didn't have them in stock but had them sent in from their warehouse to the store and I had them the next morning. I checked each one and they were already gapped to .030

ditto Mine from rockauto were gapped at .034 so I regapped to .028 since they are probably going to open up slightly in time...
