Can someone diagnose why my fans come on at different temps?
I have a 14 F150 Ecoboost with 46K miles. I have a Livernois tune with a 160* T Stat which the tune is programmed for.
I am monitoring my coolant temps with an Aeroforce Gauge. I recently noticed my fans will turn on at different temps. Once at 130*, once at 154* and today at 186*. There doesn't seem to be any reason for it that I can think of. I've purged air from the system multiple times after changing the thermostat recently and after Ford drained the coolant while replacing my coupler on both turbo coolant lines.
Anyone have any idea why they would turn on at such different times?

They just started and it isn't very consistent at all. Truck was 203 and reverted back to the stock tune and they still weren't coming on. I cycled the ignition and they came on..
I have tried the heat on and off and it doesn't seem to make any difference. I haven't tried cycling the AC.
