I like the fx4. Lol. But I also concur with Border Patrol needing that truck. They have to move fast to protect our borders, and the Raptor's suspension allows them to do that more safely than a regular production truck.

I'd be out trail riding on my bike and see them whizzing by more than likely chasing someone. It probably costs us (the tax payer) less for them to have the Raptor than it does some of the other things they had. There was probably several thousands of dollars in upgrades to the Jeeps and trucks that the Raptor has stock. Definitely tax dollars I do not mind paying when it comes to that!
Well said. Don't forget the mini-gun.

Maybe you go down and do it in a 2wd Ranger? You know, to save a few tax dollars.

I am not sure the laws or policies in regards to homeland security but wouldn't they have the same ability to seize and use any vehicle used in illegal activities? So if they were to "capture" a Raptor or big wheel smuggling anything couldn't they use it once refitted?

I had a really good buddy in the Army who left to be a border patrol agent down in Arizona. Did it for almost a year and while on patrol was hit by a drunk driver (illegal) and was killed. So in my mind give the border patrol a thousand raptors, anything to get the job done.

Brilliant post.........

It's not like they pay sticker for those anyway.....

They need tools to do their job right. Give them what they need.

I received an F on a college paper for a similiar statement. It's always better to have something (mini gun) and never need it than to need it and not have it. Nice pic!!

I live/work in the Detroit area and drove by a transporter full of BP Raptors waiting to ship. I'd rather have my tax money go to them than a war we'll never win or to politician paychecks who don't do crap in Washington DC.
