Another vote for Motocraft Fl-500s filter and Pennzoil Platinum 5w30 at 5K miles.

This engine does NOT appear to be a good candidate for 7500mile changes (fuel dilution mainly).

That is why I used the word "almost". Like I said there are a bunch of reports and most of them are not like the example you posted. If I had an Eco, I would not go beyond 5k unless I was doing actual UOA's on my particular truck. You made a general statement that I don't agree with.

Use mobil 1 and 500s. Every time the oil life monitor says. 93 miles and counting. Need to read a few of the black stone laboratories reports. Oil is blown way out of proportion according to the guys who test it for a living. Ill be sending a sample off this week to be tested 👍👍

Use Motul 8100 Eco-nergy 5W30 and Motorcraft filter every 5000km (6 months).

Mobil1 5W-30 with Motorcraft FL-500S. Set oil-minder to 80%. Has been getting me to roughly 7200-7600 miles.

I really liked Pennzoil Ultra until they stopped stocking it at Walmart

I've run RP in her since the 5000 mark. With a Wix (now Napa platinum) filter.

I've got 30k on the dot and not an issue to report. OCI of 4000mi and a UOA every other time - other than the usual fuel in the oil from being DI its fine.
