I have an edge insight. plugs into the obd port and monitors everything but the egt's, but they have external probes you can drill and tap into the exhaust manifolds. nice part is you can use it in multiple cars and it also pulls and clears CEL codes

Give these guys a call. They make some really nice mounting solutions for Mustangs and may be able to help you out.

Has anybody ever tried the "dash command" app for iPhone? $50 for the app and you need the obd2 port adapter. Looks pretty cool.

Yes I tried it and it SUCKED. It is nowhere near as customizable and user friendly as the Torque App. Plus you are going to spend 50 on that plus another 100 or so on the Wifi adapter piece to make it work with dash command. I spent all that and was very disappointed. Granted I probably could have made it better but it didn't update or work anywhere near as fast as I needed it to and the support for it was awful as well.

Rev is another one that is available via Apple and I have heard it is better than Dash Command but I didn't use that one.
