Do you happen to know the SSM number? Is this a ecoboost specific SSM? My dealer claims this is normal as long as it starts in 10 seconds. Sounds like it's time to try another dealer. It would be awesome it this fixes it. It's been doing this for the last 11 months and it's getting a little annoying.

I would also be interested in the SSM Number. FX4GXP, who is your dealer in MN. I also live in MN and have not yet found a dealer that knows sh** about the ecoboost.

My truck does this after sitting out in the sun for 10+ hours while I'm at work. Never does it in the morning when it's cold. Would be interested if there is a fix.

Add me to the list, noticed it a couple of times. Cranks slightly longer than normal.

I guess the torture test was a gimmick . I'm not very confident in my eco at this point.

Mine seems to take a little longer to start, but not that long.
