It would be a similar situation like Cobb. You'd have to adhere to whatever % you are tuned for. I worked with PFT to do some of their early custom tuning for e85 and we did a 50/50 mix. The Flash tunes can't compensate for the change as the AFR is set staticly so I always had to mix the correct amount. It's not a big deal, but it was one of the draw backs of a flash over a piggyback.

Shawn at SSI will be able to do anything you want. He will make you a tune, then make you data log it to make sure everything is doing what its suppose to be doing (No one else does this). Thats how he has come up with the best tunes for the EcoBoost, having my boy ^^Boostedlimited, Corey, do hours and hours of data logging. He has been tuning since the late 80s early 90s, and specializes in boosted engines. I PM'ed you his number, give him a call. He's a real cool guy to talk to.
Sounds like my kinda guys. Will post up there shortly. I only have about 40 miles on the truck so far so it's far from broken in, but damn it's a fun lead sled.

That is correct Jake Shoe is his full name I believe. He owns Jakes Performance and makes some of the strongest overdrive transmissions you can buy. Really nice guy to talk to and has helped me out with my trans and tbrake setup.

Nice!! do you tow the z28 on a trailer with the f150? I'm heading to the track in two weeks and will be towing the first time with this truck.

Yep. Based on what Livernois is saying, though, the fuel system is pretty much maxed out with just bolt-ons and 93 octane. It would require an additional inline pump (at the minimum) to produce the fuel needed for any percentage E85 tune.

Gotcha, the bimmers at least had the overhead in the fuel system. Will check with the guys at Socal.

Tuning is going to be enough you'll need aux fueling to compensate until somebody comes out with a DI fuel pump to really see the advantages. I'm pretty much the only one running a high percentage (full E85) of corn on the ecoboost platform. I'm working on an intake solution for the trucks that will be bolt in to allow for enough fuel.

Looking at your sig you sound like you would be the one to know where the limitations lie. Is it that the injectors run out of DC, pumps can't keep up, fuel lines, PCM limitations? What sorta limitations did you have to overcome if even to run a mix of e85 on stock turbo's with maybe some exhaust bolt ons?
