Default PCM issue?

I have a 2012 5.0 with what I thought was a battery or alternator issue. I start it fine the first time then each time i restart battery gets low until it just clicks and won’t start. I plug reader in and got p1636 code. Do I have a bad pcm or am I just not getting enough voltage? Not sure where to start. Thanks for any help

You've checked all your PCM related fuses and relay?

Your code could be just a result of the battery going dead, you're running it into the ground hard if it finishes with just the starter relay clicking.

How old is the battery?
Have you ever reset the BMS so the truck charges the battery correctly?
I'm assuming you're charging the battery on a battery charger each time this happens? or are you just using a jump pack when it totally dies?
