I am highly thinking about ordering an AFE stage 2 intake for my 2011 Ecoboost but I have searched the forums and doesn't appear anyone has purchased one yet. Are they just taking orders for them? Or has no one bought one yet?

I saw they have them on Ebay. Don't know of anyone who has one yet.

I want one too... I heard that once you order it, they build it and it takes 6-8 weeks...

Kinda sad since they have been marketing them this long and it seems like it would only take 2-3hrs to tig one up in a jig. Maybe they are still going thru the "marketing" stage to see if anyone will even buy them.

That is what I thought but have had 3 AFE intakes before this one and have had great results. Plus this intake just looks bad ***!

Why are people these days so impatient?

I just figured if a company is going to sell something and it takes 6-8 weeks to build it and ship it, then it would state that somewhere.

If a company shows a picture of a product and a price then they should have a batch made up ready to ship. Like I said before, I'd have one if they were out when I got mine.

I agree... If you can purchase it online in 2 minutes, only to find out it might take 8 weeks to get?? BS!!! However, I only "heard" that is the case... So maybe if I have time tomorrow I will call AFE to find out the details.
