5.0L - Fancy Plugs - Iridium, Splitfire, E3, Etc, Etc...
So I only see info about plug gaps and mostly Ecoboost stuff...
Anyone know much about these plugs perform? Iridium, Splitfire, E3, Etc, Etc...
I have 2011 5.0L that is my first truck. Used to drive a Jeep and the old 4.0L in that really only liked boring old Champion truck plugs.
So... Apologies if this is one of those topics but I am just wondering what is Snake Oil and what is actually a good plug. Do any of these fancy plugs do anything better than a plain old Champion truck plug?

If they make Brisk plugs for the 5.0 I would probably use them. If not than I would use the stock Motorcraft plugs.

Unless you need to change the heat range of the plug for nitrous or some type of forced induction it would do you no good to change to anything besides the factory motorcraft plugs.

+1 on what Rain mentioned, I run Brisk RR10S's but they are three steps colder (little overkill but they weren't that much more expensive) for my supercharged engine and they are gapped at .028
