"Advisement" regarding EB incorrect oil

Can somebody pull an "Advisement" numbered N3-06-10 titled "Ecoboost turbo incorrect oil/EGK? A conversation with a mechanic said that he just had a truck with a failed left turbo that Ford blamed on the incorrect oil. Guess the truck had 20k on it.
