I would imagine so since it was tuned to stock intake and exhaust. Probably just need to adjust the settings to get the performance gains out of the mods you added. However I am no expert just my 2 cents.

You purchased custom tunes through Mike at 5 Star right? Have you emailed him yet? I am sure he would be able to give the best guidance since he developed the tunes. Every time I have reached out to Mike whether by phone or email he has be very responsive in providing support.

From the little time I have driven the truck with the 5 star tune installed I am amazed at the difference. I had the 93 performance tune installed from Superchips and it wasn't bad but this tune is just so much more responsive. You can tell that Mike did a ton of R&D putting actual road miles on his EB with these tunes and it shows. This tune is so smooth, turbo noise isn't nearly as loud, and it pulls through all the gears so strong. The thing that makes it such a vast improvement over other tunes is the shifting, the truck is always in the perfect gear. I will post a better review once I have a chance to drive it more with the 93 Perf/Tow installed. My first impression is that I am extremely impressed at this point! Good job Mike!
